This is a vital role ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of large-scale concrete products before they head to major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities

Surface Restoration: Identify and repair imperfections, honeycombs, and chips in precast concrete pieces.

Precision Finishing: Use hand tools, grinders, and patching compounds to smooth and finish surfaces to client specifications.

Outdoor Yard Operations: Work efficiently in an outdoor manufacturing yard environment, maintaining safety standards at all times.

Quality Control: Ensure every piece meets the "Gold Standard"before it is cleared for shipping.
Requirements

Outdoor Stamina: Must be comfortable working outdoors for 10-11 hour shifts in various weather conditions.

Manual Dexterity: Experience with hand tools, concrete finishing, or general construction is highly preferred.

Reliability: This role starts at 6:00 AM sharp . We need "Ready-to-Work"associates who pride themselves on perfect attendance.

Safety Mindset: Ability to wear all required PPE (Steel toes, safety glasses, high-vis vest) and follow yard safety protocols.
