✅ Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
✅ Read blueprints and engineering drawings
✅ Perform machine setups and first article inspections
✅ Verify part quality and dimensions
✅ Troubleshoot machining issues
✅ Work with precision tools and measuring equipment
✅ Maintain a safe and organized work area
⭐ What We're Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
✔️ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✔️ Experience with precision machining and inspections
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔️ Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
