Job Position: B&D Shift Production Operator (Overnight)
Location: Greenville, TX 75402
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: Rotating Overnight
Position Overview
The Production Operator is responsible for preparing manufactured plastic products for final shipment according to company quality guidelines and specific customer requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Part Finishing & Assembly: Clean, trim, and deburr plastic components using hand tools (such as utility knives or scraping tools). Operators must pace themselves with the machine cycle to avoid a bottleneck or buildup of parts at the workstation.

Quality Control: Read, understand, and follow all product-related documents (quality alerts, safety alerts, standard work documentation, and customer option sheets).

Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the facility's 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) initiatives and Continuous Improvement tasks to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Work Experience & Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial assembly environment is preferred but not always required.

Skills: Ability to safely use basic hand tools.

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts), perform repetitive motions (trimming, lifting, stacking), and lift up to a specified weight threshold (usually 35–50 lbs) regularly throughout the night.
