Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Hydraulic Assembler to join our team in Houston, TX. The Hydraulic Assembler will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting hydraulic components and systems while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have hydraulic or mechanical assembly experience, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and have the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
We are also willing to consider candidates who do not have all of the experience listed below. If you have previous assembly experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Assemble hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, hoses, and related components.
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
-Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
-Inspect parts and complete assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper operation.
-Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments.
-Follow established assembly procedures and production standards.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and guidelines.
-Assist with inventory control, material handling, and other production activities as needed.
-Perform additional duties related to hydraulic assembly and production as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Previous hydraulic assembly or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
-General assembly experience is acceptable for candidates who are willing to learn.
-Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings preferred.
-Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Ability to learn new assembly procedures and skills.
-Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
