Description: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker to join our Client's production team!
In this role, you’ll help keep our assembly line running smoothly while ensuring our products are made safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Operate the assembly line: Set up, run, and monitor assembly line equipment to keep production moving efficiently.
Ensure quality: Inspect products during and after assembly to make sure they meet quality standards. Report any issues or defects right away.
Support equipment upkeep: Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment problems to the maintenance team.
Follow safety guidelines: Always use proper PPE and follow safety procedures, especially when working with materials.
Keep accurate records: Complete production logs, material usage records, and quality documentation in a timely manner.
Work as a team: Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production targets and solve any challenges.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous assembly line experience is preferred, especially working with liquid and powder materials.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good problem-solving skills.
Physical ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certifications: Safety or material-handling training is a plus, but not required.
