Job Summary
The Account Manager oversees client relationships and onsite staffing operations within light industrial and stadium event environments. This role leads a team of recruiters, ensures timely staffing fulfillment, and maintains high standards of service, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Lead and support onsite recruiters to meet staffing goals
Develop and execute staffing strategies aligned with client needs
Oversee daily operations and resolve issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications
3–5 years of staffing or account management experience
