Description: We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support our production team at a printing company during our upcoming Peak Season.

Schedule: Saturday through Monday
Hours: 3:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Start Date: August 29
Assignment Duration: Through January (Peak Season)
Employment Type: Seasonal with the possibility of full-time hire based on performance and business needs.
Job Requirements
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills.
Computer literate and comfortable working with production systems.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Position Summary
Machine Operators will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure quality products are produced safely and efficiently. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work the full weekend night schedule throughout Peak Season.
We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible. Qualified candidates who perform well during the seasonal assignment may be considered for permanent full-time employment at the conclusion of Peak Season.
