Summary
The Fiber Optic Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, sealing, and testing fiber optic products used in high-speed broadband connectivity systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to accurately install components and inspect finished products to ensure performance and reliability. The technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality fiber optic systems to consumers.
Responsibilities
-Assemble fiber optic products and components with precision and attention to detail
-Seal components and install various parts according to specifications
-Perform product testing to ensure performance, reliability, and quality standards are met
-Follow established assembly procedures and quality control guidelines
-Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with company standards
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-Support the production of advanced fiber optic systems used for high-speed broadband connectivity
-Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and product excellence
*Must be able to work in non-climate controlled facility.
*Must have steel toe shoes.
