NOW HIRING – Warehouse Associate 

Location:  Stafford, TX 77478
Schedule:  Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Status:  Temp-to-Hire

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to join a growing warehouse team? We're looking for motivated  Warehouse Associates  to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and containers safely using proper lifting techniques.

• Count, verify, label, and shrink-wrap pallets.

• Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Pick inventory using RF scanners or paper pick lists.

• Pack orders accurately to prevent shipping damage.

• Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for shipment.

• Keep production lines stocked with materials to prevent downtime.

• Create and manage daily pick move orders.

• Monitor inventory requests between warehouse locations.

• Open containers and prepare components for assembly.

• Assemble boxes, package kits, and prepare products for shipment.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, warehouse, production, and drop ship operations as needed.

• Attend daily production and safety meetings.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to  20 lbs. consistently  throughout the shift.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and reach during  8–10 hour shifts.

• Reliable transportation.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a  drug screen  and  criminal background check.
