This role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy scanning, sorting, and prepping delivery routes for daily loadout. No prior experience is necessary—if you are reliable, comfortable with handheld scanners, and ready to work, we want to speak with you today!
Key Responsibilities

Scanning & Sorting: Scan and sort incoming delivery trips according to assigned route sequences.

Order Verification: Double-check and verify total order counts to ensure 100% route accuracy.

Exception Resolution: Spot, log, and resolve any package or order exceptions prior to vehicle loadout.

Staging & Loading: Load sorted totes onto carts and stage/load them efficiently into delivery vans.

Driver Handoff: Verify driver codes and route IDs during final package handoffs to ensure seamless dispatch.
Position Requirements

Dependability & Punctuality: Must arrive on time for the 11:00 AM start time every scheduled shift.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately read barcodes, route labels, and match numerical codes.

Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and lifting packages/totes throughout the shift.

Team Player: Work well in a fast-paced environment alongside dispatchers, drivers, and fellow warehouse crew.
