Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide essential operational support across production and warehouse floors. Daily duties include:

• Operational Support: Perform general labor, assembly, or packing tasks in assigned production and warehouse lines.

• Material Handling: Safely move, organize, lift, and stage raw materials and finished products to keep operations running smoothly.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain strict adherence to all company quality, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

• Facility Care: Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining production areas during downtime or slow periods.

• Team Collaboration: Follow direct instructions from supervisors, support different departments as business needs shift, and maintain a positive, productive attitude.

Physical & Job Requirements:

• Gear: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are strictly required starting on your very first day of work.

• Environment: Must be willing and able to work inside freezer areas or cold-storage environments during portions of the workday.

• Physical Ability: Capability to comfortably lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) regularly throughout the shift.

• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred, or at minimum, the ability to understand and follow basic operational and safety instructions in English.

• Work Ethic: Flawless reliability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to changing daily tasks.
