Warehouse Manager

Location: Willis, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Hours: 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20+/hour(Based on experience, tenure, and performance)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for receiving, organizing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory while leading warehouse staff and ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.

This is a physically demanding position that requires lifting heavy products weighing 100+ pounds. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, organization, and shipping.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify all products are accurately accounted for.

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for maximum efficiency.

• Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and free of clutter.

• Follow and enforce shipping procedures while maintaining accurate outgoing shipment logs.

• Perform monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory with system records.

• Supervise warehouse personnel by setting clear expectations for productivity, attendance, and professionalism.

• Foster a positive team environment and lead by example.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed, including proper material handling and forklift operation.

• Maintain awareness of heat-related safety practices and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.

• Previous supervisory or warehouse management experience preferred.

• Forklift certification required (company certification available if needed).

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational, inventory management, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing 100+ pounds.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including heat.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
