Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking General Labor Warehouse Associates / Lumpers to assist with an immediate container unloading project for a local distribution facility. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail and excellent stamina. If you enjoy hands-on work and are ready to jump into a steady day shift assignment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities

Container Unloading & Lumping: Manually unload inbound cargo containers and trailers efficiently and safely.

Material Handling: Stacking, sorting, and organizing heavy boxes onto pallets based on shipment specifications.

Attention to Detail: Verify labels and product numbers during the unloading process to ensure inventory is organized correctly.

General Warehouse Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment around the loading dock area.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Physical Capability: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.

Strong Work Ethic: A track record of reliability, excellent punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.

Pace & Stamina: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
