Pay Rate: $16.25 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – Finish (Overtime Opportunities Available!)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and experienced Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced distribution facility in the area! If you are looking for a long-term position with a stable schedule and a path to direct hire, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate power industrial forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse floor.

Perform order picking, stocking, and inventory replenishment in a timely manner.

Conduct daily equipment safety checks prior to operation.

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth facility operations.

Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior, hands-on experience operating industrial forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.

Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable with the physical demands of a warehouse setting, including frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.

Flexibility: Must be able to work from 9:00 AM until the shift finish daily, including overtime as needed.

Reliability: Proven record of great attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
