Position Summary
Responsible for leading and coordinating the Housekeeping team while ensuring the hotel’s cleanliness, quality, and service standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Supervise and assign daily tasks to the Housekeeping team.
Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
Train, coach, and support team members.
Monitor productivity, quality, and daily operations.
Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to management.
Communicate effectively with guests and other hotel departments.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
