Location: Coppell, TX Temp-to-Hire
🕒 Schedule: Floater Shift (Must be available to work 2nd shift and 3rd shift, and weekends as needed)

We're looking for an experienced Food warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, supervise associates, and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate distribution processes. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise warehouse operations across multiple shifts.
* Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates.
* Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards.
* Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and customer returns.
* Ensure inventory accuracy using WMS.
* Conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain operational records.
* Promote a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred.
* Minimum 6 months of forklift operating experience.
* Forklift certification (Sit-Down & Stand-Up) required.
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
