Job Position: Resin Operator
Location: Humble, TX 77338
Pay Rate:$25.00/hr
Shift: 6am-6pm
OVERVIEW:
Under the general supervision of the on-shift supervisor, the Quality Auditor Production, performs routine tests and inspections to verify and document quality and consistency in all products manufactured in production facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform quality measurements and review of modules
Work with production operators in controlling quality
Maintains plant safety and help maintain plant cleanliness
Coordinate and maintain proper workflow
Document inspection results
Ensure non-conforming product is not used without approval
May need to perform tests in lab on resin
Assist in collecting module samples for evaluation
Maintain both electronic and hard copies of quality records
Inform Quality Manager of any discrepancies in tests or inspections
Communicate and work with supervisors and technical staff on production issues
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager
TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or equivalent experience
-One to three years’ experience within a Quality role in a production environment
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of Excel an asset

-Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
-Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, equipment, and tools.
-Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and occasional kneeling or crouching, as required.
-Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in the assigned
work environment.
Working Conditions
-Industrial manufacturing environment.
-Exposure to hot and humid conditions.
-Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
-Regular interaction with heavy machinery, powered industrial equipment, and moving mechanical
parts.
-Exposure to production materials, including limited interaction with manufacturing chemicals while
following all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
