C Shift (Day Shift)

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

B Shift (Night Shift)

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position is currently open on C Shift, with the opportunity to move to B Shift for candidates interested in working nights.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for a plastic film manufacturing facility in Rockwall, TX. This position requires a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Important: During the first few weeks, employees will be trained and work hands-on with materials and production processes to become familiar with the operation. Candidates will not be placed on the forklift immediately.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently once training is completed

• Move raw materials, finished products, and pallets throughout the facility

• Supply production areas with materials as needed

• Load, unload, and store inventory in designated locations

• Assist with inventory control and material tracking

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Reach Truck experience

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Steel-toe boots required

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed

• Clean background required

• Resume required
