QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – FROZEN FOOD MANUFACTURING

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and food safety operations within a high-volume frozen food manufacturing facility.

FROZEN FOOD PRODUCTION / MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs.

• Manage QA personnel and support plant operations.

• Maintain SQF, HACCP, USDA/FDA compliance, and audit programs.

• Oversee sanitation, traceability, testing, documentation, and customer complaints.

• Lead process improvement, KPI tracking, and quality initiatives.

• Provide hands-on support to Production, Warehousing, and Procurement teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 6–8 years of related Quality experience.

• Experience in frozen food manufacturing – REQUIRED.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems.

• Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or R&D experience preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

SQF Practitioner – REQUIRED
HACCP Certified – REQUIRED
