Position Summary
Seeking dependable Production / Assembly Associates to support multiple departments within a large manufacturing and assembly operation. Associates will work on fast-paced assembly lines building and assembling components used in commercial and industrial building projects. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent overtime available.
Essential Job Duties

Assemble building components and materials on production lines.

Assist with framing, interiors, roofing, plumbing support, and construction-related tasks.

Use tape measures, small hand tools, and power tools safely and accurately.

Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction.

Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.

Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
-
Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Rotate between departments based on production needs.
Qualifications

Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints required.

Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, framing, roofing, plumbing, or general labor preferred.

Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.

Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates welcome.
