What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):
As a core part of our manufacturing team, you will help safely and efficiently produce high-quality precast concrete products used in critical infrastructure.

Concrete Craftsmanship: Shape, repair, and reconstruct inverts (the essential channels at the bottom of manholes that direct stormwater and sewer flow).

Form & Mold Prep: Strip and clean concrete forms and finished products; prepare steel molds for the next concrete pour.

Basic Carpentry: Perform fundamental wood and carpentry tasks to support production setup.

Plant Care: Assist with general facility maintenance and housekeeping to keep our workspace safe.

Safety First: Adhere strictly to all plant safety standards, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications):

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous precast concrete , construction, or heavy industrial manufacturing experience is highly preferred to qualify.

Skills: Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day in an industrial environment.

Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward working with a team.
