Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed.
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable Concrete Patcher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will repair and patch concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth, durable, and high-quality finish. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities:
Repair, patch, and finish damaged or uneven concrete surfaces.
Fill cracks, holes, and surface imperfections using appropriate patching materials.
Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, or chipping as needed.
Match existing concrete texture and finish for quality repairs.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous concrete patching or construction experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
Compensation & Schedule:
$17.00 per hour
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Some Saturdays required based on project needs
Full-time position with overtime opportunities
