Job Position: Prepress Image Production Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX 75061
Pay Rate: $20.00-22.00 hr DOE

Description: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Imaging Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced production team. This position is responsible for managing digital images, organizing files, coordinating with outside vendors, and ensuring projects move efficiently through the production process.
This is not a creative or graphic design position. The role focuses on administrative and production tasks, requiring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Training will be provided on internal systems; however, Mac computer experience and strong Photoshop proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities
Download and organize digital images using Merlin, an online image database.
Maintain accurate job folders and ensure all images are properly labeled and stored.
Prepare images and necessary information for outsourcing to external vendors.
Receive completed images, organize files, and update production schedules.
Track multiple projects and prioritize assignments based on deadlines.
Monitor job progress and follow up on missing images or outstanding vendor work.
Review files for accuracy and completeness before advancing projects to the next production stage.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve production-related questions.
Utilize Photoshop, Excel, Illustrator, FileMaker, and other production software.
This is a hybrid position with occasional in-office attendance required. Employees must be available to return to the office when requested based on business needs.
