Position Overview
Core Personnel Staffing Services is urgently hiring a safety-minded, highly skilled Forklift Operator for a top-tier distribution facility in Brookshire, TX.
This position requires an experienced driver with sharp spatial awareness who excels at maneuvering machinery through narrow aisles, tight racks, and active warehouse zones. Core Responsibilities

Precision Equipment Operation: Safely transport, stage, and stack cargo through high-density racking, narrow aisles, and congested floor space.

Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Efficiently unload incoming freight trailers and load outbound shipments per route schedules.

Production Line Feeding: Keep staging lanes and active production lines fully stocked with raw materials and components.

Inventory & Inspection: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment safety checks, use scanners to track inventory movement, and log stock accurately.

Sanitation & Compliance: Maintain clean aisle ways while adhering to OSHA requirements and facility hygiene protocols.
Candidate Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of operating forklifts safely in busy manufacturing or logistics hubs.

Tight-Space Handling: Ability to navigate equipment comfortably through narrow corridors and confined spaces without damaging goods.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as required during general warehouse duties.
