Core Personnel Staffing Services is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Quality Project Coordinator / Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations at a brand-new, high-tech manufacturing support facility in Brookshire!

In this role, you aren't just managing people—you are the key bridge between the production floor, engineering standards, and the customer .

• Job Setup & Coordination: Take full ownership of setting up and coordinating all shop floor jobs, managing material flow alongside logistics teams .

• Process Auditing & Analysis: Perform layered process audits for validation, evaluate/modify work instructions, and manage data reporting .

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of quality-related experience within a manufacturing environment .

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency with MS Office tools, print/blueprint reading, calibration tools, and layered process auditing (LPA) .

• Safety & Stamina: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment that includes standing, lifting, and maintaining eye/hearing/electrical safety protocols .
