Looking to start a long-term career in transportation and logistics? Join our team as a Driver Trainee ! You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced drivers while learning the skills needed to become a professional, certified non-CDL 26’ box truck driver.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Ride & Learn: Ride along with experienced drivers to learn company procedures, delivery routes, and safety operations.

Delivery Assistance: Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks at various job sites.

Warehouse Support: Pull and prepare orders based on material lists, and keep stock organized.

Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment both in the warehouse and on the truck.
What We’re Looking For

Age Requirement: Must be at least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).

Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (clear MVR).

Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active, physical work throughout the day.

Communication: Ability to read and write in English (Bilingual candidates are a big plus!).

Traits: Reliable, motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
