Position Title: Industrial Manufacturing Operator – Day Shift

Job Location: Katy / Brookshire Area, TX

Starting Pay: $12.50 / Hour

Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Rotating schedule operating Sunday–Saturday; enjoy 2 scheduled days off each week)

Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Steady 12-Hour Shift)

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Assembly Operations: Operate basic production equipment and work on assembly lines molding, assembling, and trimming high-quality consumer products.

• Quality Inspections: Visually inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict company defect-free standards.

• Packing & Staging: Efficiently pack finished items into boxes, label them correctly, and place them on pallets for warehouse pickup.

• Team Synergy: Maintain a positive, productive attitude across a steady 12-hour shift while collaborating with line operators.

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Gear: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are strictly required starting on your first day.

• Physical Endurance: Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive assembly tasks inside an active industrial plant environment.

• Availability: Commitment to a 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on a 5-day rotating schedule that spans Sunday through Saturday.

• Mindset: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on safety.
