Assembly Operators (Urgent Need — Multiple Positions)

Core Personnel Staffing is currently hiring experienced Manufacturing Assembly Operators for an urgent client expansion at a premier technology and electronics assembly facility in Katy, TX .

We are seeking skilled operators with at least 3+ years of manufacturing assembly experience to perform hands-on electrical and mechanical line assembly, operate power tools, and perform quality inspections in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Structure:

• 3 Years Experience: $19.00 / hour

• 4+ Years Experience: $20.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Operations: Assemble electrical and mechanical components and finished products according to standardized work instructions.

• Tools & Equipment: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, assembly fixtures, and specialized production equipment.

• Quality & Inspection: Perform visual and functional inspections of parts to ensure product consistency and strict quality compliance.

• System Logging: Utilize production software and shop floor control systems (MES, SFC, WMS, or SAP) to log assembly progress and track inventory.

• Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow all facility safety protocols and PPE requirements, and contribute to 5S / Lean manufacturing initiatives to keep workstations clean and organized.

• Issue Escalation: Promptly report component defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns directly to the Line Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, or high-volume production line operations.

• Technical & System Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic power/hand tools and mechanical aptitude.

  • Experience with data entry, touch-screen interfaces, or ERP/WMS systems (SAP, MES, SFC) is highly preferred.

• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs throughout an extended shift in a fast-paced plant environment.
