Available Positions
New employees will start and be trained in one of the following key production areas:
1. Assembly Associate
-
Work on a production line putting together parts and finishing components for outdoor consumer goods.

Use basic hand tools, fixtures, and equipment safely to assemble products according to quality standards.

Conduct quick quality checks on finished parts before they move to the packaging line.
2. Injection Molding Operator
-
Assist in the operation of large plastic injection molding machines.
-
Safely remove molded parts from machines, trim excess material (flashing), and inspect parts for defects.

Keep material hoppers filled and ensure production lines remain fed with the necessary components.
Job Requirements
-
Availability: Must be able to work full 12-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/move for the duration of your shift in a manufacturing environment.

Reliability: We value punctuality. You must have a track record of being on time and ready to work your scheduled shifts.

Safety First: Must be willing to follow all facility safety rules, PPE requirements, and machinery procedures strictly.

Motivation: A drive to learn new manufacturing skills and move up within the operation.
