Blow Mold Operator

Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a Blow Mold Operator to operate blow molding equipment and produce plastic products while meeting quality, production, and safety standards.

Essential Duties

• Operate blow molding machines and related production equipment.

• Inspect products for quality and report defects or equipment issues.

• Monitor machine operation and perform basic troubleshooting.

• Stack, trim, inspect, and package finished products.

• Operate foam equipment, hot stamp machines, and sonic welders as assigned.

• Maintain production records and work area cleanliness (5S standards).

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Meet daily production and quality goals.

• Assist other operators and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish.

• Basic math skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly during the shift.

• Work in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment.

• Safely work around moving equipment and machinery.

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes.
