Customs Coordination: Proactively resolve customs clearance issues to eliminate transport delays .

Financial Oversight: Manage 3PL billing invoices, process payment applications, and handle logistics claim management .

Inventory Control: Lead hub inventory management activities to ensure accurate tracking and flow of goods .
What We Are Looking For:

Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to accurately identify and judge HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes .

Language Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and either Mandarin or Spanish is highly preferred .

Experience: 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain management, or a closely related industry .
