About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Logistics Manager for a global food manufacturing client. In this role, you'll lead the rollout of new processes and digital tools across warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations. You'll support the Global Director and connect local execution to global strategy, driving standardization, system adoption, and continuous improvement. You'll also support Global Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) by consolidating data, contributing to global reporting, and aligning processes across regions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead implementation of new supply chain processes, systems, and ways of working across U.S. operations

  • Drive adoption of digital tools in partnership with Business Technology, including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment

  • Track adoption metrics and close execution gaps proactively

  • Align local warehouse, logistics, and transportation processes to global standards

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance, and partner with operations to redesign workflows

  • Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Business Technology, and Operations

  • Support implementation and optimization of logistics, transportation, and warehouse management systems

  • Oversee development of dashboards, KPIs, and automations that support data-driven decisions

  • Consolidate and analyze regional data for global reporting and share U.S. performance updates with global stakeholders

  • Collaborate with international teams to keep processes and metrics consistent

  • Prioritize and oversee execution of dashboard and automation initiatives while fostering continuous improvement and accountability

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transformation roles

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Experience leading process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives

  • PMO certification or formal project management training

  • Solid understanding of warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations

  • Experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and automation initiatives

  • Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

  • Oracle Cloud experience (OTM, ERP, WMS, SCP)

  • Experience in global or multi-regional environments
