Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly reliable and physically capable Loader/Unloader to join our team at a fast-paced federal warehouse facility. This role involves managing a heavy workload to ensure the efficient movement, inspection, and handling of materials.
Key Responsibilities

Perform loading and unloading of trucks and trailers using a manual pallet jack or dolly.

Execute quality assurance (QA) checks and conduct inspections of all materials and shipments.

Manage a heavy workload to meet daily production and distribution targets.

Maintain accurate records and handle necessary documentation for products and shipments.
Work Environment & Requirements

Non-Climate Controlled Facility: Must be willing and able to work in a non-climate controlled facility, with exposure to fluctuating and potentially extreme temperatures.

Physical Demands: This position requires significant manual labor. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage the physical demands of the job.

Federal Facility & Security: As this is a Federal Building, all personnel must acknowledge that agents may search personal items and vehicles if there is suspicion of unlawful conduct.

Prior warehouse experience, particularly in loading/unloading or quality control, is preferred.

Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
