What You Will Do

Lead the Crew: Supervise a team of 5–15 laborers to ensure all layouts are done safely and on time.

Call the Shots: Coordinate directly with venue management on specific event setups.

Drive Workflow: Maintain a high standard of efficiency, safety, and floor organization.

Own the Floor: Oversee the placement of staging, flooring, chairs, and barricades.
