Job Position: Janitor/Custodian/Sanitation
Location: Dallas, TX 75227
Pay Rate: $16.17/hr
Shift: 1st Shift 5AM-1:30PM Mon-Fri
Description:
Involves keeping the facility clean, safe, and organized, with duties like sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, dusting, and restocking supplies, all while adhering to safety protocols and working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, walls, windows, cleaning cobwebs, and fixtures in the warehouse, offices, restrooms, and break areas.
Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Safety & Reporting: Identify and report unsafe conditions or major repair needs to supervisors; follow all safety regulations.
Groundskeeping: Maintain outdoor areas, including removing snow and debris from sidewalks.
Requirements & Skills:
Must be comfortable working in heat.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina (lifting up to 25+ lbs) and ability to operate equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Good time management and organizational skills.
A fast-paced warehouse setting.
Requires adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
