Description: Job Title: Inside Sales. Department: Sales. Reports to: Sales Manager. Status: Full-Time. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Offer type: At-will employment. Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated sales ability.
Inside Sales Representative (Entry to Mid-Level). We are a mechanical manufacturing company seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales Manager and sales team. This is an entry-to-mid-level position with a 2–3 month paid training program. Previous industrial sales experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Basic math skills (pricing and percentages). Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Support customers by identifying needs and recommending equipment solutions. Manage sales leads and customer inquiries via phone and email. Prepare quotes, order confirmations, and sales documentation. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Assist with trade shows, customer visits, and sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members on project estimates and sales strategies. Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and internal projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
