Pay Rate: $26-$28 / hour + Overtime Opportunities
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment & Fleet Repair: Service, troubleshoot, and repair heavy machinery, diesel trucks, mobile cranes, and industrial plant equipment.

Hydraulics & Fluid Power: Rebuild, overhaul, and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, rams, control valves, gearboxes, and fluid lines.

System Diagnostics: Conduct mechanical teardowns, engine troubleshooting, drivetrain overhauls, and preventative maintenance inspections.

Safety & Standards: Execute all repairs following shop safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and heavy equipment handling standards.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Heavy Machinery Mechanic, Equipment Specialist, Crane Technician, or Hydraulic Repair Mechanic.

Core Skills: Strong expertise in heavy mechanics, hydraulic fluid power systems, mechanical drive trains, and mobile equipment repair.

Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex mechanical and hydraulic issues efficiently under shop or field conditions.

Bilingual: Spanish/English bilingual ability is required.
