Position Summary
Core Personnel Staffing Services is seeking dedicated, hard-working Production & Molding Operators to join a premier, fast-paced manufacturing plant in the Katy/Brookshire corridor.

We welcome candidates looking to break into the manufacturing industry— no prior experience required , as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to candidates with a strong work ethic and great attendance.
Primary Responsibilities

Component Assembly: Assemble plastic components and consumer goods on fast-moving production lines using hand tools, fixtures, and automated equipment.

Molding Machine Support: Assist with plastic injection molding machinery—safely remove molded products, trim flash/excess material, and maintain raw material feeds.

Quality Inspection: Perform continuous visual quality checks on finished items to detect defects prior to final packaging and staging.

Workstation Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe 5S workstation throughout your shift.
Key Requirements

Shift Commitment: Ability to work full 12-hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM on a rotating plant schedule.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly in a plant environment.

Work Ethic: Reliable transportation and an outstanding record of punctuality and attendance.

Safety Adherence: Strict compliance with facility safety rules and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
