Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Person to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. The ideal candidate will assist with general maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, and daily upkeep of the building and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general building and facility maintenance.
Complete minor repairs and report major maintenance issues.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Assist with basic plumbing, painting, and other general repairs as needed.
Inspect equipment and report any problems to management.
Remove trash and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required.
Must be available to work the second shift.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and general repairs is a plus.
Compensation
Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
