Location: Houston, TX 77092
Starting Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed
Hours: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our concrete construction team. No previous experience is required — we are willing to train people who are motivated and willing to learn.
Job Duties
-Assist with concrete construction and related tasks.
-Help prepare, pour, move, and finish concrete.
-Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, bending, and standing.
-Keep the work area clean and organized.
-Follow directions and safety procedures.
-Work outdoors in the sun and heat.
Requirements
-No experience necessary — willingness to learn is most important.
-Must be comfortable doing physical work and getting dirty.
-Must be able to work outdoors in hot weather.
-Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must be willing to work Saturdays.
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Starting pay is $16/hour, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow with the company.
