Location: Houston, TX 77095
Pay:$22.00–$24.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead an assigned team. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and workflow of assigned warehouse staff.

• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and daily inventory monitoring.

• Provide leadership and establish clear expectations for warehouse employees.

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

• Monitor warehouse activities with a focus on productivity and customer service.

• Train and develop warehouse staff as needed.

• Ensure warehouse tools and material-handling equipment are functioning properly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Communicate operational changes and expectations effectively to employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Experience working with material-handling equipment.

• Experience using RF scanners/RF guns.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to make sound decisions and work effectively under pressure.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to train and motivate employees.

• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to work different shifts as required.

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.

• Ability to move throughout different warehouse departments.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 40 lbs. repetitively.

• Ability to pack, unpack, sort, and organize materials.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
