About the Role
Core Personnel Staffing is seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and skilled Forklift Operator to join a premier warehouse facility in Brookshire, TX. We are looking for an experienced operator with exceptional spatial awareness who can safely maneuver equipment through narrow aisles and tight warehouse spaces. Key Responsibilities

Precision Driving: Safely maneuver forklifts through tight spaces, narrow aisles, and high-traffic warehouse areas.

Material Handling: Load, unload, stack, and transport materials and finished goods efficiently.

Production Support: Keep production lines fully supplied and staging areas organized.

Safety & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections, report maintenance needs, and strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines.

Inventory Control: Accurately scan, track, and place incoming/outgoing stock using company inventory protocols.

Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all standard food safety protocols.
Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Maneuverability: Demonstrated ability to drive and operate equipment confidently in tight, confined, or congested spaces.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably perform physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching) throughout your shift.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and an uncompromised commitment to safety.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or weekends as operational needs require.
