Description: Position: Forklift Operator
Core Personnel Staffing is seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and motivated Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and store products while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Load, unload, transport, and stack products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Supply production lines and move finished goods to designated storage areas.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Accurately scan, identify, and handle inventory following company procedures.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness while following all safety standards.
Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals.
Comply with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as business needs require.
