We are looking for a Food Safety Technician who is detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

In this role, you’ll help make sure our products are safe, our production processes meet required standards, and our facility maintains excellent sanitation and quality practices.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Monitor production processes for food safety and quality compliance.

• Perform inspections and help identify potential food safety or quality issues.

• Monitor sanitation and cleanliness throughout the facility.

• Maintain accurate food safety and quality records.

• Support food safety programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Follow and help enforce GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) requirements.

• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain a safe, high-quality operation.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Previous food safety, quality, or manufacturing experience is required.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow procedures and safety standards.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• English communication skills required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Must be available to work 3rd shift and weekends.

🌙 Schedule & Pay

💰 $20–$23 per hour — based on experience
🌙 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM–6:00 AM
📅 Weekend availability required
🔄 Temp-to-Perm opportunity
📍 Coppell, Texas
