Description: Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our production team in Plano, TX. This is a skilled labor position offering a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with a strong manufacturing background.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of machine operation experience, be mechanically inclined, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
Set up and adjust equipment as needed to meet production requirements.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
Follow production schedules and work orders.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 2–3 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Experience in print production, packaging, or industrial manufacturing.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment.
