Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Shift: 5am-1:30pm

Job Summary
The Pick and Pack Associate is responsible for accurately navigating inventory, selecting components based on digital or printed production orders, and securely packaging items for shipment. Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role utilizes SAP software and handheld scanning technology to maintain high inventory integrity and support the daily production schedule.

Quality & Verification: Inspect parts for visible defects or damage before packing; cross-reference parts numbers, sizes, and quantities against checklists to guarantee 100% order accuracy.

Secure Packaging: Package products safely using appropriate boxes, crates, shrink wrap, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., manual/electric pallet jacks, dollys, or forklifts if certified) to move staged orders to the shipping docks.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Tool Usage: Comfort using basic warehouse hand tools (tape measures, box cutters, utility tools).
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts).

Comfortable bending, reaching overhead, and lifting objects from floor level up to 6 feet.

Compliance with all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots and safety glasses
