Description: Driver Trainee
Looking to start a long-term career in transportation and logistics? Join our team as a Driver Trainee and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced drivers while learning the skills needed to become a professional non-CDL box truck driver. What You’ll Do
Ride along with experienced drivers to deliver materials to job sites
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
Pull and prepare orders based on material lists
Organize and stock materials in the warehouse
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Learn company procedures and delivery operations with the goal of becoming a certified non-CDL 26’ box truck driver
What We’re Looking For
Must be at least 23 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (clear MVR)
Ability to read and write in English
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Background check required

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
