Starting Pay: $12.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Must be flexible for occasional Saturdays based on volume)

Hours: 7:00 AM – Until Finished (No fixed end time; dependent on daily shipment workload)

This is a fast-paced logistics role inside a dynamic, high-volume shipping center. If you are a high-energy individual who thrives on staying active and loves seeing a project through to completion every day, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Loading & Staging: Safely load, unload, and stage consumer products and boxes onto pallets or outgoing transport trailers.

• Meticulous Labeling: Apply shipping and product labels with a high level of accuracy to ensure inventory routes flawlessly.

• Task Completion: Work diligently alongside your team from 7:00 AM until the day's distribution goals are met and trailers are cleared.

• Safety & Organization: Follow standard warehouse safety procedures, maintaining a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workstation.

What It Takes to Succeed (Job Requirements):

• Gear: Steel-toe boots or safety shoes are strictly required starting on your first day.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a high-volume shift.

• Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working without a fixed end time daily (staying until the workload is cleared) and working occasional Saturdays as needed.

• Work Ethic: Flawless attendance, excellent punctuality, and a strong, team-oriented attitude.
