Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible)
About the Opportunity
Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, a fourth-generation, family-owned mattress manufacturer that has been handcrafting quality products in the USA since 1946. This is a new role on a team that takes pride in its products and its customers. You’ll support customers, retail partners, and internal teams from the first order through delivery.

What You’ll Do

Deliver friendly, professional service to customers, retailers, and end consumers

Answer phones promptly and follow up on inquiries quickly

Process sales orders in the ERP system and send order acknowledgements

Handle warranty concerns, returns, and exchanges

Learn multiple products and product lines, including their features and benefits

Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently

Keep detailed, accurate records and write clear, professional communication

Help build reports as needed

Support other departments and administrative tasks as priorities shift
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED
-
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP order entry experience is a plus

Strong multitasking and follow-through

Excellent written communication, grammar, and attention to detail

A good listener who can calmly resolve conflicts

Critical thinking and creative problem-solving

Self-motivated, able to learn independently, and quick to adapt

A positive, team-first attitude
Nice to Have

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience in a manufacturing environment
