Concrete Production Laborer / Molding Technician (Temp-to-Hire) - Order ID 50933
Location: Northlake, TX
Pay Rate: Starting at $20+ per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with required overtime and occasional Saturdays
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our cement molding company in Northlake, TX, as a Concrete Production Laborer. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a focus on skill development and long-term growth.
Responsibilities/Duties

Assist with the production, casting, and finishing of precast and pre-stressed concrete products.

Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting and material handling.

Participate in preparing and cleaning formwork and molds for concrete pouring.

Operate hand and/or power tools (such as floats, trowels, and screeds) to achieve specified depth and consistency in concrete finishing.

Support patching crews and assist with repairing or breaking concrete as needed.
Qualifications
-
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in construction, landscaping, or roofing.

Willingness to learn new processes and grow with the company.

High school diploma or GED equivalent, or at least one year of related experience in trades specific to job requirements, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals

Ability to be a self-starter and work independently

Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments

While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time

Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs

Must be punctual and able to work the full shift, including overtime and some Saturdays.
